Western Forest Products is considered to be the leading BC coastal sawmilling group, managing the forest areas under its stewardship with great sensitivity and converting logs within its own sawmills. Their annual available harvest is 7.5 million cubic metres of which 7.3 million cubic metres are from publicly owned forest. They operate eight sawmills and four further wood-processing plants.
